In order to apply to Campbellsville University’s accredited online church management program, students must complete or submit for review the following steps:

- Three reference letters, one being a professional reference
- Official college transcript with a minimum 2.5 GPA and GRE or GMAT test scores
- Essay including a statement of professional goals
- Primer (only necessary without required prerequisites): a comprehensive, web-based course consisting of four modules and post-tests in which the student must score 70 percent or higher
