Committed to helping make your education as affordable as possible.

We have been named one of the 50 Most Affordable Christian Colleges and Universities by Christian Universities Online. While our tuition costs are reasonable, we also provide financial aid to eligible students to help make things a bit easier. We offer several options, including loans, scholarships, grants and payment plans. We want to help you make your graduation a reality.

FAFSA

The financial aid process is simple. After you have applied for admission to Campbellsville University, you will need to apply for an Federal Student Aid (FSA) ID. You must have an FSA ID to sign your Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) electronically. Dependent students and their parent must both have an FSA ID. Your FSA ID is also used to sign student loan documents electronically and access federal aid information online. Be sure to never share your FSA ID with other individuals or outside agencies.

Then, you will need to complete the FAFSA online. Remember to use our school code: 001959.

The FAFSA becomes available on October 1 every year for the next school year. You will need to provide financial information for the previous year; for example, for the 2020-2021 academic year, you will need to provide the 2018 tax information. If possible, use the IRS Data Retrieval Tool to automatically import your tax information. Upon successful completion of the FAFSA, you will receive an email containing your Student Aid Report (SAR), which lists all the information you provided. Take the time to review it and submit any necessary corrections via the FAFSA website.

After we have received your FAFSA information, we will review it and determine if any additional information is required. Any missing documents will be listed online via TigerNet. We will then notify you of your eligible aid. This aid may include federal student loans, grants and more. Not all financial aid is based on need, and you may be surprised with what is available to you.

Once all of the documentation has been reviewed and an aid package has been created, we will send you an award letter to your CU email account. You can also access your award online through TigerNet. You’ll need to accept or decline any loan funds you are offered. Grant funds will be automatically accepted on your behalf. If you’re anticipating a credit balance after tuition, books and fees, you may sign up for direct deposit through TigerNet.
