Admissions Requirements
To apply to Campbellsville University’s online fitness and sport trainer certification program, prospective students must submit or complete the following:
- Complete the online application
- Submit official transcripts from high school and any college or university attended
- Submit official copies of transcripts from each college or university previously attended to the Office of Admissions. Transcript must include a complete record of all courses attempted
