
Online Master in Organizational Leadership
The Master of Arts in Organizational Leadership (MAOL) is a 30-hour graduate program that focuses on developing Christian leaders. The program centers on teaching students key organizational leadership elements such as ethics, motivation, creativity, vision, strategic planning, teamwork, group development, technology, customer service and organizational development. At Campbellsville University, we recognize the growing need for Christian leadership with specialization across industrial lines.
Admission Requirements
Students must meet the admission requirements set forth by the Graduate Studies Program at Campbellsville, as well as the following:
- Bachelor’s degree with an acceptable grade point average from a regionally accredited four-year college or university.
- Acceptable score on the GMAT or GRE, taken within the last five years.
- Completed application with the non-refundable application fee of $25 (waived if you apply online).
- Resume that includes education and work history.
- Brief essay indicating your professional goals for the program.
