APPLICATION REQUIREMENTS:

• Completed application form for Campbellsville University with fee of $25.
• Application/Information as required by the department to which you are applying.
• Graduate Students: official test scores, as specified by the department (GRE, GMAT, PRAXIS). If student has earned a master’s degree, scores will be waived upon receipt of graduate transcript. Rank I candidates are exempt from this requirement.
  Undergraduate Students: official ACT or SAT scores (if under 25 years of age).
• Graduate Students: official transcript from the college or university where the bachelor’s degree was earned. Transcripts are also required for any graduate work that has been completed.
  Undergraduate Students: official high school transcripts. Transcripts are also required for any undergraduate work that has been completed.
  All transcripts must be sent directly to the admissions office at Campbellsville University. Transcripts marked ‘Issued to Student’ will not be considered as official for admission to programs at Campbellsville University.
• Graduate Students: letters of recommendation:  School of Education, Counseling, Social Work and TESOL applicants must submit three letters of recommendation, all other departments require only two letters. (Counseling and Social Work applicants must submit three letters on forms provided by the department.) All letters should be professional references that attest to the applicant’s ability to perform at the graduate level and also pertain to the applicant’s work ethic and should not come from family members.
• International students must also submit the following: TOEFL score required from those for whom English is a second language. A minimum requirement of 550 on the paper based exam, 213 on the computer based exam or a 79-80 on the internet based exam.
• Transcript evaluation submitted by World Education Services (WES), no exception.
